Bushnell Combines Dependability and Affordability in New Trophy Cam Essential HD

Overland Park, Kan. – Bushnell®, an industry leader in high performance sports optics for more than 65 years and a market leader in the trail camera industry, has introduced the Trophy® Cam Essential HD. With a true one-year battery life and fast 0.3 second trigger speed, the Trophy Cam Essential HD is one of the most affordable and dependable scouting tools on the market.

The Trophy Cam Essential HD was designed for the hunter who demands performance and reliability at an exceptional value. The camera features 32 low-glow LEDs with a 80-foot flash range, a 12MP camera, 720p HD video mode and 2x Field Scan mode with live trigger and 80-foot Hyper PIR.

By day, the camera captures high resolution color images before switching to black and white nighttime images. Alternatively, video mode records footage from the field up to 60-second clips with audio.

The popular Field Scan 2x technology allows users to program two windows of time lapse capture at preset intervals ranging from one minute to 60 minutes. Field Scan technology improves a hunter’s ability to monitor game activity at dawn and dusk while simultaneously capturing live trigger images.

Operable for a year on eight AA batteries and a 32GB SD card capacity, the Trophy Cam Essential HD can capture more than 20,000 images without taking a break. The new Trophy Cam Essential HD has a suggested retail price of $159.00.
