Report details company’s commitment to environmental, social and governance objectives, unveils Vista 2030 Vision

Vista Outdoor released the company’s first-ever Environmental, Social and Governance Impact Report (ESG Report). The ESG Report summarizes the company’s commitments and actions related to environmental, social and governance objectives.

As part of this commitment, the ESG Report unveils the Vista 2030 Vision. Vista 2030 is the company’s long-term plan for adding quality to the lives of our customers, employees and communities by “bringing the world outside.” Vista 2030 commits the company to leadership in advocacy, impact and business operations related to the environment, diversity and making the outdoors more accessible to more people.

The ESG Report also includes updates and reporting on corporate social responsibility initiatives, public policy, coalition partnerships and internal management and performance.

The ESG Reporting process, combined with the Vista 2030 Vision, will instill drive and discipline across the entire Vista Outdoor organization to improve outcomes related to corporate social responsibility, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and key environmental metrics, including greenhouse gas emissions, recycling, energy management and packaging.

Environmental, Social and Governance reporting is a growing field amongst financial, government and consumer stakeholders; and with this report, Vista Outdoor is committed to long-term improvements within these key categories.
