BLACKHAWK Backs Fishing Experience for Post-9/11 Veterans

BLACKHAWK has been a long-time supporter of Warriors & Quiet Waters. This organization brings in post-9/11 military veterans suffering from various military service related physical and mental health conditions, free of charge, to southwest Montana for a week-long Fishing Experience program of fly fishing and relaxation as a method of therapy for dealing with these circumstances.

BLACKHAWK also donates A.L.E.R.T. bags to the program on a yearly basis. The bags are given to the participants to carry all of their supplies during their Fishing Experience, and to take home as a memento of their visit.

Warriors & Quiet Waters recently recognized BLACKHAWK for an award of appreciation “for your commitment to supporting post-9/11 combat veterans and military caregivers.”
