Vista Outdoor Supports Women’s Hunting and Fishing Expo

In April, the South St. Paul Rod and Gun Club in Minnesota was home to the very first Women’s Outdoor Expo, an event to introduce women to hunting and fishing.  Demonstrations and hands-on instruction included archery, trap shooting, rifle target practice, and fly fishing and casting basics.  Attendees also had the opportunity to participate in building archery hunting skills, carving duck decoys, cast iron cooking, and learning more about other organizations that offer events for women such as RMEF, NWTF, PF, MN DNR Becoming an Outdoors Woman, and MN Deer Hunters Association.

Vista Outdoor brands donated products to Women Hunting and Fishing to help launch the new event, including Federal Premium Ammunition, Champion, Outers, Gunslick and Weaver.
